My boyfriend went in to get a couple of burgers for us which we took down to Portobello Promenade to eat, a five minute walk at best. We found both of them underdone and inedible. My boyfriend went back to complain but the guy running it game him a mouthful of abuse claiming that they weren’t underdone and that we’d just left it too long to eat them. As my boyfriend and I are teenagers he thought he could get away with bad service to back up the bad food. One to avoid.
