What better way to compliment a nice, relaxed walk on a sunny day in May in Stockbridge than with a spirit-lifting bruschetta? Sprio’s put on a delightful wee spread for the intrepid wanderer, fresh sun-kissed tomatoes resting on a thick mattress of bread, all tucked in with mild cheese and oregano. The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful, and very understanding when one finds oneself 10p short of the price of one’s meal. I’m glad to say my penance was paid before I continued on my travels, marching on a full and happy stomach thanks to this little deli.
