Brilliant find in the Southside! Was a busy Sat night and wasn’t expecting to be sat down at the bar. We ended up sharing a table initially and then were informed by staff when tables were becoming free. Haven’t tried the food. But can’t fault the drinks and cocktails. Service was second to none. Definitely return!
Been many times – lovely cocktails and decent food but will not be returning since tonight we had booked a table for 8pm and were celebrating a 16th birthday. Needless to say although we had eaten there several times it must have been early doors and we didn’t realise that it wasn’t a proper restaurant and only a bar licence. The chap who turned us away was pretty unlikeable and indifferent to our dilemma. Luckily Bella Napoli was nearby and has a full restaurant licence – brilliant food and service there!!
Disappointed. Very disappointed on the night. The service was poor far too long to wait for food, the wine was warm. The bar had a good vibe but the restaurant was just not up to standard and on top of that they ran out of chicken at 8pm!!!!!
I really enjoyed my meal at the Bungo. Food and atmosphere were both great.
Cool place. I have been in here a few times and i do like it and i thought the food has been pretty good. I like what they have done to it and the staff are really friendly and the service is excellent. Great to have another place apart from Mulberry St as a pub/restaraunt, which is very tiered in comaparison to here.
