Alexanders is a great place for quick lunch! I’ve been couple of times already and I’ve always enjoyed the food. They usually have 3 different soups to choose from. I’ve tried their lentil soup, tomato and sweet potato soup and they were all excellent. They offer a great selection of paninis and sandwiches. They also do a salad box which I haven’t tried yet. Overall a nice little deli in Old Town and I’d recommend to everyone to try it especially for the soups 😉
Recently popped into Alexander’s for a quick spot of lunch. Found myself rather impressed with the selection they had on offer. I went for a chicken and bacon panini which did the job. I also went for the sweet potato and chilli soup which was really tasty! I’m not a massive fan of spicy food but it had the perfect amount of heat for me. Might have been a little tame for others though. Prices are very reasonable and they do good deals for the soup too. Worth a check out if you fancy a quick lunch. frankly-ms-shankly.blogspot.com
