We specialise in authentic handmade Chinese dumplings. The art of dumpling making takes many years to master and our chef has worked in some of the finest kitchens across China and the UK perfecting his craft. We are very excited to be able to bring this fine art to Edinburgh. We also serve a range of dishes carefully selected to compliment our dumplings.
