Doesn’t even deserve 1.0. Ordered meal and it arrived 2 hours later, no apology for the delay even after calling up several times. When the delivery man finally got here he called and asked to meet him 5 minutes away at the sainsburys- if i wanted to leave the house and walk to sainsburys i would have just went and walked to a takeaway myself instead of ordering one in. Then after paying for my delivery we then realised that they had missed out an order. I then called and explained this and was greeted very rudely saying that he could do nothing about it, i asked for my money back and he said to call tomorrow. I have now called the past 2 nights trying to get my money back and they keep saying they are too busy to call tomorrow, would never order from here again the food is absolutely awful too.
This is the worst place to buy chips/food in Edinburgh! The chips are re-cooked and so bad I doubt they are even made on the day of sale… they just stick cold chips in the oil when they get an order. This doesn’t usually result in completely horrible chips though, so I’m pretty sure they are a day+ old…the staff are very rude and abusive if you complain also…AVOID!
