Love the Sushi here but would any day go to Yes Sushi in hanover street . The Sushi in both the places taste the same but No.1 is overly priced . what I loved a tad better about this place is that , the chef was actually making the sushi in a live kitchen so that’s a little entertainment for you to see how craft fully he does it .
Sushi-me in!Great service and dedicated workers. Not much on terms of bar drinks but sake is just fine. Food was great! Fresh sashimi, wow, my fav has to be the pumpkin starter. And ice cream green tea flavour. Also, the noodles are huge in size, and I love the chicken dishes also!Been so many times now. 🙂
Loved it. A plan to go out for Thai food fell by the wayside when we walked by Number 1 sushi. We were eating quite early, so we certainly had prompt service. The choice was great, with something for everybody. Impressed by the rolled sushi options in particular.
Loved the food here especially the teriyaki beef. Japenese beers also available.
Really lovely wee place and the rainbow roll sushi is so yummy. The service is often too fast though so you can’t make an evening of it which is disappointing as it is not cheap.
Great little place with extraordinarily good, if slightly westernized, sushi. The chicken teryiaki is divine and the staff are always pleasant but never pushy. Not authentic Japanese but still a very good meal.
