I can’t believe I haven’t already done a review for Preachers. This wonderful little place is where you will find me most mornings. It can be a busy one during usual morning and lunch rush but the staff are always very friendly and speedy. If you are looking for a decent hot roll and don’t want fancy a miserable limp one from other chain establishments, head to Preachers, it won’t disappoint.p.s I’m quite a fan of a square sausage roll. If you hadn’t already guessed with all the pictures. frankly-ms-shankly.blogspot.com

This is hidden gem of Old Town! If you like hot rolls, scones and baguettes you should definitely stop by for a quick bite! The staff is very friendly and fast. They also do a soup every day. It’s a perfect breakfast and lunch spot!

Just popped in for a quick bite to eat! Got a delicious roll and square sausage (my favourite) & a large tea! Quick service & great value for money! isitvintage.com

Preaching to the Converted. One of the joys of a caf / bakery is the pleasure of scoffing the produce straight from the oven. Scones, pastries, tarts and even butteries are baked about 20ft away from your table and the staff are enthusiastic and friendly. With Lovecrumbs around the corner, the locals are very lucky indeed !!
