Friendly, cosy & great foodStaying up the road at the Best Western for business event.Decided to not eat in the hotel but to make an evening of it and chose this lovely place just a few minutes walk away.I do not mind eating out on my own and was certainly made to feel very welcome by the staff.Great vibe in the place, full of busy tables with – mostly – young casual crowd enjoying their night out.Delicious interesting cocktail to start.Simple but very enjoyable starter.Spectacular hake dish – my only quibble was that the very nicely cooked and hot fillet had been placed on a bed of moderately warm crushed potatoes. Delicious nonetheless.Dessert was great too, and some very enjoyable vino to accompany.I would hope to return sometime.Definitely recommended.
