Went there yesterday for dinner at around 7:30. I ordered pork and prawn jiao zi, beef fried rice and spicy squid with garlic. The restaurant was packed and I had to wait a few minutes to be seated. Once I sat, a waiter gave me the menu but I had to wait for almost 20 minutes for him to take my orders. The pork and prawn jiao zi was amazing and I loved that! I also enjoyed the beef fried rice but did not like the spicy squid with garlic as much. The amount of squid was very little compared to the vegetables served with it. The service was relatively slow however the waiters were very kind though!
Walked almost 20 minutes just to try these famous dumplings. Definitely wasn’t disappointed but wasn’t exactly blown away either.Ordered the pork and prawn guo tie, chicken jiao zi, vegetable Spring rolls and hot and sour soup. The only let down was the soup, although the spring rolls weren’t my favourite.Wanted to order the ice cream dumpling but they ran out. Did get free ice cream though.
