Extremely bad restaurant. The food was ok but the restaurant wasnt hygienic at all. The staff was rude and didnt provide good service. Would not recommend anyone to go there, specially because of how unhygienic it is.
The food here made me want to puke. Really bad food. Even worse service. The staff is extremely pathetic and rudest I have seen in entire England. Dont eat here even if its the last place on earth.

Not an authentic Indian restaurant.We dined at Kasturi, which is supposedly an Indian Restaurant. But we’re unable to find the food taste authentic Indian. We’re unable to match the food with any indian cuisine type say it Punjabi, Bengali, Sindhi, Gujrati, Marathi, Chettinad or anything else. We’re Indians and we’ve tested mostly every cuisine in India. We ordered for Chicken Jhalfrazie. The dish served was ok but not Chicken Jhalfrazie. I’m not sure why they are fooling people in the name of Indian cuisine. Probably the restaurant is a Bangladeshi establishment. So that can be said and we’ll definitely go over there the same way we go to any chinese, Italian or French restaurants.
Kasturi- just stay away from this place .The food is really horrible and please that is not how Indian food tastes like.This place doesn’t even deserve a rating.
I love Kastari its got amazing decor, really friendly staff and amazing Indian food. I would recommend the set menu if its your first time as it lets you try a range of different dishes. To start you can have a mix of kebabs, pakora and various fish dishes. As a palate cleanse then your given sorbet. We then followed this with Lamb Bhuna, Chicken Tikka, Prawn Karahi with rice and garlic nan bread. My favourite dish was definitely the Lamb Bhuna as it was very tasty and full of flavour. For dessert you were served ice cream. The starters and main courses were both delicious dessert was a bit disappointing but desserts in Indians never tend to be that great.Its really reasonable priced and I will definitely be back. If you dont order off the set menu then definitely try the Aubergine Pakora as it is very tasty.
