We produce small-batch ice cream made on site in Abersoch; our rich vanilla ice cream, which is the base for all the flavours, uses free-range eggs yolks, local milk from the Llyn, Welsh cream and real Madagascan vanilla. From here more unconventional combinations as well as classics are built, and all the inclusions, from the caramels, the ripple sauces, the brownie pieces and the roasted bananas for 'Banana & Dark Choc Chip' are made from scratch - no artificial flavours in sight. Our ice cream menu changes with the seasons, but expect to always find customer favourites, such as 'Roasted Strawberry' and 'Vanilla, Caramel Swirl & Brownie Chunks'. We serve coffee roasted by family-run Coaltown coffee in Ammanford, Carmarthenshire and homemade cakes made fresh daily.
