We specialise in tasty home cooked Mexican street food. After being mobile for 6 years we've decided to lay down some roots & build our first El Salsa Eatery in our home town of Cardigan. Serving up* BURRITOS * QUESADILLAS * LOADED NACHOS * CHILLI & RICE * FAJITAS * BURGERS & HOME MADE FRIES * EL SALSA PLATES * LOADS OF FRESH SALSA'S & SIDES * We offer casual dining /street food stylie. We have some indoor & outdoor seating OR takeaway & enjoy at home or one of the many beautfiful surrounding beaches. Using lots of local & home grown ingredients. All of our meat is Welsh & free range from farms in Glanrhyd & Fishguard. We are licensed & make delicious fresh Margaritas, frozen Margaritas & have a good selection of Tequila & local beers.
