The most filthy, stinking toilets I’ve ever been in in my life.Absolutely revolting, couldn’t get out of there fast enough.
Service was slow, food was completely wrong, lid wasnt placed onto coke so it spilt everywhere and upstairs is absolutely stinking the toilets and the eating area. Looks like it need a good mop as well always sticky floor.
The food took 20 minutes.I noticed the floor,windows and tables needed a good clean.The bins overflowed .The tables are breaking,plastic coming away.Overall we will not be visiting again for hygiene reasons .
Dirty floors first thing as opening. Cold food and terrible service. Puts Burger King to shame. Alot of staff working but doing nothing.
Sometimes, it is lovely here and the staff are friendly. Had some lovely chats with the bouncers a few weeks ago. However the atmosphere can be abit off putting.
Called in here while visiting Cardiff for a rugby match, order the meal it arrived quickly. Massive burger that was tasty proper chips and a cold drink. Couldn’t have ask for anymore. Place was busy but clean and tidy
