Starvin' Jacks was born on 15th July 1998 in Swansea. We are a happy coffee shop and diner business based in Portland Street, Swansea City Centre. We pride ourselves on customer satisfaction, maximising choice, flexibility and healthy options in everything we do. We offer fresh salads and over thirty fillings for our traditional Oven Roasted Jacket Potatoes, Sandwiches, Baguettes and so much more. We also have a full barista service with the award winning Coaltown Coffee roasted locally. Established and run hands on by husband and wife team, Nigel and Kathryn Evans we have built the business around some core values and principles we aspire to in all our activities: Offering a large, innovative and varied menu with maximum flexibility and choice available for the customer Food freshly made to order at the time the order is placed Using local produce and local suppliers wherever practicable Healthy and low fat options always available Using the highest quality locally roasted coffee.
