PEPPERS FOOD MUSIC ART We are a Jazz Basement, crossed with a fine dining bistro and Art gallery. These three put together can only mean one thing, you're in PEPPERS. We host a diverse program of live music events, and have gained the reputation as an exciting jazz venue, the music can be heard among the many different spaces, there are no hard or fast rules it is free form whether in the new funky old worldly cocktail bar, contemporary gallery space or in the laid back bistro. As you would expect from PEPPERS we have a mix of styles depending on availability of local ingredients, times of the year and the mood we are in. Pick up some small plates from the bar or wind down over a 2 or 3 course meal in the bistro, where ever you eat quality and attention to detail is at the heart of all we produce. You can just drop in for a drink, prop yourself on a bar stool, sit back in a leather arm chair and try a range of cocktails that are properly mixed by people that know a good cocktail when they see one. Drink from a choice of Micro brewed Beer, small batch cider and a range of unusual wines from around the world. Artwork adorns the walls, curated by the West Wales Arts Centre with a dedicated gallery space covering two floors, with works from internationally acclaimed artists.
