We are a local north welsh business, selling quality wood-fired pizzas in Snowdonia. We use a traditional Neapolitan recipe to create a product which is as similar to that produced in Naples as possible. Our dough is freshly prepared daily, and given 24 hours to prove, then baked to order at over 400 degrees Celsius. We also offer Peroni, Shiraz and Chardonnay.
