In the centre of Hay, this tea shop has a mix of ethnic goods and cafe. It reminded me of Glastonbury and felt dated but not unpleasant. Quite expensive for basic baked potatoes and panini but good on a grotty day.

Quirky little place that we visited twice in 2 days because the cake was so good. Really nice to be able to get a selection of vegan cakes as well as vegan lunch options.
The Isis cafe (named after an Egyptian God so no funny quips, they have been said many times before) is a really cosy cafe in the centre of Hay. There are some very comfy seats and the owner is really friendly.
