Here at the Heathcock, we have the same focus on quality food in a relaxed and informal environment as our sister pub, the Hare & Hounds. Our bar serves great ale and craft beer, as well as interesting wines and homemade seasonal drinks. In the dining rooms we use the very best of seasonal and local produce for our twice daily changing menu. Head Chef Dave has worked as the Sous Chef in the Hare since it opened in 2015, and General Manager Nathan has been running another successful Vale pub for many years. Were really excited about bringing our seasonal local cooking to our Capital City.
