The Front Room is a cafe which is relaxing and comfortable as your own front room. Situated on the sea-front in Mumbles, opposite Southend gardens and the children's playground, we offer delicious home cooked food, great coffee and scrummy homemade cakes. Breakfast choices range from our classic Front Room breakfast, our veggie/vegan breakfast, banana and brown butter pancakes and Staffordshire oatcakes. Lunches include such delights as smoked haddock and leek fish cake, Welsh rarebit Croque Monsieur, and a selection of burgers, all homemade on our premises. We also offer a bistro menu on a Friday evening, serving rump steak, pan fried fish and chips and a fish, coconut and tamarind curry. We specialise in homemade afternoon tea served on vintage china (this is very popular and requires 24 hour advance booking). Whether it's for a cuppa with friends, a family meal or an afternoon treat... come and cosy up in our front room. If you have a private party why not enquire about venue hire.
