Our famous Cadwaladers Vanilla ice cream was created by Hannah Cadwalader & was originally made in the window of our Criccieth cafe. Nowadays we make too much ice cream to make it in the shop window but it's still made in Wales. The recipe is even now to this day, a closely guarded secret made from locally produced ingredients and made with the same 'Love & Care' that Hannah Cadwalader prided herself on. It is with this pride we have developed our very own bespoke range of Coffee, Loose Leaf Tea and Hot Chocolate to compliment our delicous range of ice creams and food. So, why not come and join us... Visited here on a Sunday afternoon, we had a 2 for 1 voucher from a local magazine. It was quiet and we had friendly welcome. My wife had Pancake Sundae and I had Toffee and Banana, both were lovely.
