OUR VISION Here at Time & Beef, our vision starts with our mission, to give you the best burger you have ever had. We want to inspire and let you create your own burger, exactly how you want it, creating personal, memorable moments. Our Vision serves as the framework for your experience at Time & Beef, and guides every aspect of our business by describing what we need to accomplish, in order to continue to achieve quality and growth. People: We are building a culture where our staff want to come to work, we encourage them to be inspired and happy & valued every shift. Support the community: Honouring local suppliers, building a portfolio of local independent family run businesses that we work with to bring quality, fresh ingredients. We will support local charities by running event evenings. Environment: Be a responsible and environmental friendly business that makes a difference by always recycling, and reusing old materials wherever possible. OUR VALUES Never Frozen, Never Pre-cooked We promise the ingredients we use in our products are sourced from sustainable, local suppliers and are always fresh! We cook everything to order and pride ourselves on our meat motto: never frozen & never precooked! This is because we want to ensure you receive only the freshest, best tasting burger you've ever had. Our burgers are cooked medium as standard please specify to your waiter if you would like anything different. Recycle, Reuse, Reduce Here at Time & Beef we are always looking for ways to recycle and reuse old materials we can find to help our environment. In most cases when designing our interior, we have up-cycled old materials wherever possible. The dining furniture is made from used scaffolding planks Stools in the front are from a local school in Bridgend The church pews are from a local church in Canton The light shades over the bar are from old Army Barracks We'd love to hear your suggestions on how we could up-cycle further!
