Stables is a small, intimate, candlelit restaurant nestled between Tenby's Medieval Town Walls. We serve unpretentious food, in elegant surroundings, using the best ingredients we can find. We consider our style of cuisine more rustic than fine dining, but whatever your taste, we are sure we have something on our menu to suit you. Our menu changes regularly, we cater for vegans and vegetarians and any dietary requirements, given notice. We have a healthy children's menu; fish and local lobster; a range of meat dishes, include venison, duck. lamb and beef, pheasant, fillet of pork and chicken. All our starter dishes and desserts are made on the premises by our chefs. We have an extensive wine list, spirits and also local beers from Tenby's two micro breweries. Our restaurant staff are helpful and friendly, are knowledgeable about the area and can engage in intelligent conversation should you wish. If not, they will not encroach. We do not serve fast food; we first good food as fast as we can.
