Who we are? We are Surf Shack Bay, and we are passionate about pizza! Born in Switzerland, raised in Wales with links to South West England. I grew up watching my family work the family bakery; this is where I learnt the craft of making and throwing pizza dough! What do we? We sell firewood cooked Neapolitan Pizzas, and we do it well. We only use the best locally sourced ingredients for our delicious toppings. Charlies from Castle Cary, Somerset, is our main man. We have a special secret mix of mineral salts that give our dough a very distinctive but delicious flavour. Our pizzas are all topped off with a splash of premium Extra Virgin Olive Oil (Castillo de Canena Early Royal from Spain, 2016 Winner Best Olive Oil in the World) How we do it? Our mobile pizza parlour will be ready and loaded next week. Our wood fired oven is searing hot and can perfectly cook a pizza in under 2 minutes.
