Best chicken fingers in town .
The food was average, but the attitude and service is makes it not worth going back. Two in the party ordered prime rib and they were not asked how they wanted it cook. When the waitress brought the salad they asked her if they got a choice of how they wanted it cooked and she told them it was precooked and came medium well to well done. They said no they didn’t want it that way and ordered something else. They were charged $4.25 for the salads plus the 2nd meal they had ordered and we were told we couldn’t expect them to eat the cost of the salad. The salad was so small it would have probably fit in your hand. We told them we should have been told up front how the meat would have been cooked and that would have saved the confusion and we were told that the manager told them to quit telling the customers how it was cooked and that he wasn’t nice when he said it. No customer service. If they are that concerned about the cost of a salad then they are in real trouble. If they are more concerned about their procedures than their customers then they are in big trouble. It is apparent that you don’t get what you want here, you get what they want you to have. It is also apparent that they would rather prove a point than have a customer and that they don’t care whether they get my money or not and that is just fine with me. I would rather give my money to someone that appreciates it.
Horrible. We were going to stop at Cracker Barrel on our trip south, but saw the sign for Clark’s advertising food prepared fresh daily. That was not the case. Everything we ordered looked like it was prepared from frozen or out of a can. Way overpriced and very mediocre. I would have been more satisfied with Wendy’s across the street.
Clark’s is the best restaurant in North Alabama! Very comfortable feel with consistently great food and service!
Very much enjoyed our late Sunday lunch! Husband and I had the filet with compound butter. They were cooked perfectly and cut like butter! We split the chocolate insanity with our three kids and all were satisfied. We suggest you try this place if you haven’t already!!
I’ve eaten at Clark’s many times and have always had great food. I’m somewhat of a steak snob and they haven’t disappointed me once. You may have to wait a little while during the dinner rush on a weekend, but it’s never too long. One gripe I do have are their high charges for getting bacon or cheese on a baked potato. They charge for each one too. Oh well!
This is a very clean, nice restaurant. Food was excellent, Waite staff was super! Good southern cooking
