Horrible customers service. My name is Billy and I come in the restaurant all the time with my wife to watch the game on Saturday and sometimes on Sunday after church. But the girl cashier is so unprofessional and rude and the tea is nasty and taste like water and the restaurant is not clean,and me and my wife just set back and watched her she wasn’t cleaning no tables are nothing.But my wife said she come in some time at lunch doing the week and that girl that’s there doing lunch is so nice and the restaurant is always clean and the tea is so good but when I come to my favorite place to watch the game and eat I don’t expect this type of service so I don’t think we will be coming back until they get there customers service right.
Horrible food and service. First of all no other customers in the resturant and the girl at the register was too busy talking to her boy friend to take our order, while ordering she was looking behind me trying to have a conversation with a boy. So to no surprise when the food came out my order was wrong. To make it even worse the wings were horrible and barely warm.
Customers comment. My name is Mary Lewis and I was at touchdown wings about two hrs ago and the girl cashier was so nice and she always greet me with a smile and she is always smiling n so respectful every time me and my family come to eat at touchdown wings I just love her sweet spirit..so who ever the owner is that cashier is the best I haven’t seen another one like her it’s hard to fine good customers service.
Terribllllllle. Refrigerated cold sauce was poured on top of luckwarm wings. Plus service was non-existent. There were eight customers in total in the dining area and we still waited 20 minutes for cold food. Run away from this place.

The first couple times we ate at Touchdown Wings the food was great. The wings were plump with plenty of meat. The last time the wings were small. It made you feel cheated.
The wings are amazing! The fries are breaded and I’m not into that. So I wouldn’t get them again. We will be back for the wings for sure.
