Good Food Bad Service. So me and my girlfriend came here and the hostess seated us and said enjoy with no excitement or joy in her voice. We were like…. Okay. Then it takes about 15 minutes before we ever get a server to our table to ask what we wanted to drink (this is at about 3 on a Sunday so it is very dead in the restaurant) they weren’t busy at all so there’s no excuse for this. Then he finally comes and just stares us in the face and asked what we wanted to drink. Meanwhile a younger girl is getting our chips and salsa and she acts like she hates the world and doesn’t say two words to us either. We asked for cheese dip and she just walked off. She brought us some but still she could have said okay at least. Then it took us 15 more minutes just to get a drink and then he took our orders and again stared us in the face like we were stupid or something. The food was the only reason we stayed any longer. It was pretty good along with the salsa. The cheese dip doesn’t really have much flavor. It took so long to get the check so we finally went and got someone to bring it to us. This lady was the only one there who was nice and took care of us properly. I’m not sure if she’s the manager or not but if so she needs to fix her workers’ attitudes.

The server brought out these 2 huge mugs that were filled with beer, but pretty sure it wasn’t draft. Looked like they opened a beer and poured it from the bottle. We get our bills and the frigging draft beers are $6.00 each. I thought the server was supposed to tell you if items or drinks came in different sizes. We asked to see a menu and there are NO PRICES next to any of the drink items on the menu. We won’t be back.
Decent. I live walking distance from this restaurant and so i’ve been several times. The food is pretty good, sometimes better than others. During lunch you can get a lot more food for a good price. The service has been up and down. I’ve had really good service then sometimes awful service. BUT their margaritas are great! I always get a strawberry margarita, which they make strong, and they are delicious!
Pretty good. The food is above average. Every time i go with my girlfriend we get a order of shrimp fajitas which i recommend. They’re very good, decently priced, and come with plenty of food for two people. The salsa is really good as well. The frozen strawberry margaritas are really good but the lime are kind of lacking in my opinion. which is odd because i usually always prefer lime on the rocks. Never had a problem with service.
So… filling!. I went to Acapulco’s for a friend’s birthday. I LOVED my medium margarita on the rocks and I couldn’t finish my chicken chimichanga meal. I thought it was quite tasty.
Each time I’ve been to Acapulcos the service has been very fast and hospitable. The chicken and cheese quesadilla I had was delicious. I have no complaints. The cheese dip and salsa are great as well.
