Good Restaurant – Bad Customers. Considering the amount of people in the restaurant, it was no surprise that we had a small wait time. It was Saturday, after all. When we were finally seated, we were greeted with friendly service. Our drinks were made to order, even down to the alcohol content of our tangy and delicious margaritas.The staff there were awesome. They were friendly, polite, and made sure we felt like family. When it finally came time for food, I was impressed with the amount of care that was put into it. Our twisted chips were crunchy and were complimented by the spicy white cueso! The chicken tenders were, indeed, tender, and the fries were at the perfect temperature to savor.However, the customers were loud, obnoxious, and boisterous to the point that enjoying my meal was ruined. I complained to the management a few times, but I was understanding when they said there was little they could do. They were customers, after all. I wish I could expect better from the kind of restaurant Applebees wants to be, but can’t quite get there because of the kind of people that use it as their own personal party house.I will be enjoying the restaurant again soon, I hope, and on a less busy night. I heard from the manager that there’s a wonderful singer that comes in on Wed. nights. Maybe she’ll drown out the noise from all of the bad customers that frequent the place. Music with dinner is pretty awesome.

Food is good, staff is awesome!. A steak with spinach, cheese and peppers topping is one of the new menu items that is sooo good! Red beans and rice, corn casserole and potatoes more ways than one ever expects,are new side items. The very best Reuben in town. I especially like the assorted appetizer tray.I also enjoy the friendly, patient, waiters/resses. They take time to answer/explain any questions and are prompt in checking the table for any needs.
