  Good ice cream. Nothing really special though, but I’ve never been displeased. Service is good. They have several ice cream flavors. Love the waffle cones. 🙂

  I have been a customer of this Bruster’s in AUb AL for five years–go nowhere else for cream. NO MORE! Loyal by going EVERY WEEK to get 2 pints at $8. which is really no deal but I wanted to patronize this biz and liked one flavor in particular. When you consider you can get a full HALF gallon of Breyers or Edy’s for $5. or less, this is no deal. Still I liked one flavor over others. This week I bought my two pints and didn’t open for couple days-served it to family and we ALL remarked that is was like plain choc ice cream void its usual ribbons of fruit and big dark chock chunks…this is just plain old choc cream and really not that tasty. BLAND. Thinking I got less ‘goodies’ in the dipping process, it was CLEAR that the whole batch was missing the parts that make it ‘choc raspberry truffle…there was NO raspberry and no truffle–next to none. Had I wanted plain choc I would have ordered that. But I paid for CRT. Down 1/3 into the 2nd unit, I decided to call the store and tell them that it was a bad batch b/c the second one was the same. HORRIBLE response! Very bad customer service. They could have cared less…I told them I was a regular for same flavor every week. Held no weight with them. I asked that they take in what was left of unit 2 and make good on my $8 purchase by giving me a true CRT–nope. the night manager called the ‘owner’ who told him to tell me I could have a gift card for one pint. Wanted my rcpt to prove I bought it there…REALLY?? Like im just going to call out of the blue to try to get free ice cream. Their unprofessional, lack of goodwill to the loyal customer was mindblowing! I will tell everyone I know that if you have problems with your purchase that this business owner is not into’ making it right’. He is into bottom lines for his profit. He should realize that his bottom lines and profits will be affected if he DOESNT take care of the public. What would it cost him to dip two lil pints if it would make the customer pleased and return to buy more.?? I doubt if it costs him 2bucks to formulate this cream, if that. Remember I pay $8 for them..2 pints…not a half gallon—two lil cartons/pints.BEWARE of this biz owner…he is not customer-friendly and if you have a complaint, he wont deal fairly with you, if you don’t have a rcpt…but only his Bruster pint containers…AWFUL!DONE with him…)-:

  Great. Ice cream is great. I always took my dog there and ordered a plain vanilla ice cream for her and they always have us a dog biscuit with it!
