It’s hit or miss with this location. The food is always good, but the service is anyone’s guess. I’ve had some of the best, and some of the slowest. Usually it seems to come down to a matter of how organized the crew is.
For an IHOP, I have never had trouble with service here and the food always comes out quickly. Go on national pancake day and you get a free stack of flapjacks!
This restaurant used to be efficient and delicious. The hostess is moving in slow motion and tells everyone on the phone that the wait is an hour when there are only 5 people waiting to be seated. Half the restaurant is unseated and the hostess looks at you like she is constantly smelling poo. If you get here and the hostess is the one with a tattoo on her right arm, or if she is generally just looking at you like you are talking to her in Ancient Greek I would suggest heading to literally any restaurant except this one.
Horrible. Waited for 20 minutes withought anybody acknowledging that we were there. Waitress would go to the register to collect bills and wouldn’t even tell us anything, she could have at least told us it would be just minute, or asked our party number. by the time we left there were still about ten people behind us waiting. many people left with us. It was late at night and there were not many places open, with better service, they could have made good money, they had a bunch of empty tables.IM NEVER EATING AT THIS IHOP AGAIN!!23 Nov, 2014Horrible. I used to think they were the best. I’m not sure what has happened but don’t go during the day. The food takes forever and then when you do get it. It is like they rushed to cook it and left it to sit. The staff during the day is rude and socializing with one another way to much. Now in the evening the place rocks. Go at night!
Horrible Horrible. Place is disgusting. Management is non existent. Service is horrible. Food has always been good but the service ruins it!!
Poor food, bad service. I used to enjoy the Nutella crepes, but they’ve succeeded in even messing them up, so now there is nothing on the menu worth having. They destroy eggs. Bacon and sausage are bad and pancakes are just unworthy.And when you add on the bad service that is normal it makes for a complete dining experience to avoid.
