Will never return to this establishment. My friends and I (a party of 5) arrived at 6:45 last Sunday. We ordered a round of beers which took about 10 minutes for our server to bring to the table. At 7:10 we ordered our meals. By 8:15 we still had not gotten our food. Our server told us that the kitchen lost our order then contradicted herself by saying she never put it in. We asked how long it would take to get our food if we re-ordered it and she said 45 minutes. All 5 of us have worked in the restaurant industry and know this to be false if the order was pushed to the front (which it definitely should have been). We decided not to stay and were asked to still pay for our round of beers despite never getting the food we ordered over an hour ago. The mediocre and overpriced menu options isn’t what is keeping us from returning, but the lack of professionalism and accountability from the staff.
