Service with a scowl. I am a local and have enjoyed panera ever since it opened. Most of the younger employees are nice but the older ones are ALWAYS ALWAYS —ALWAYS rude and miserable. I have noticed that some of the servings are a bit smaller , but I still love the food and atmosphere

Sad to Watch It Degrade. It has been sad to watch this restaurant start out so excellently and end up being the kind of place you have to think about before you go. First thing in the morning there is a good chance things will be decent. They still run out of bread and bagels far too quickly – like before lunch sometimes. Their baguettes are even shrinking in size and quality and some of the grocery stores are better now. Sandwiches are now tiny with less meat and cheese.09 Jan, 2010Great to Junk – depending. Classic example of good materials often times run down by poor management. I mean how many bread places would run out of BREAD or bagels by 10:00am in the morning – and not on a football weekend? Loaves of bread are shrinking in size and soup is getting thinner. Wish it were as good as it was when it opened, but this is chain wide kind of issues.

Cozy atmosphere; great food!. My personal favorite is their creamy tomato soup — nice and chunky and hearty! Would love a bigger baguette with it, though …. Nice place to de-stress and enjoy a hot beverage.

Great outdoor eating. Great place just to sit outside and enjoy the fall weather. I like the bacon turkey bravo and greek salad. However, i was in there Wednesday and did notice the salad was smaller.
