Just tried this place for the first time and loved it! I had the V6 Beef with noodles, my husband had the N5 Beef and Flank Pho. We split an A2 shrimp spring roll. Ingredients are fresh, flavors are abundant and clear. We found the portions to be plentiful including the protein amount. The only draw back is that it is just a tad pricey based on past experience….thus the 4.5 instead of a 5. That being said, I wouldn’t hesitate to come back and happily spend my money here.

I moved to Auburn after living in Houston and Dallas (TX) for the last 17 years where there are larger Vietnamese populations and a lot of very good Pho places. Having sampled and been repulsed by any asian food in town, I was hoping the food here would be good. It is.First time I tried the Pho Ga (Chicken). Just the right amount of noodles to broth to sprouts. The chicken portion is small but the overall size of the dish is very large. In Dallas, this would cost $8. In Auburn, $12. I am okay with that. I have had the vermicelli noodles with chicken. The Pad Thai (yes, I know that is not Vietnamese) with beef. The shrimp spring rolls with peanut sauce.(Excellent).Looking forward to working my way through the entire menu.

Pho Lee or Heaven. As I walked through the front doors to Pho Lee, it was as I stepped through the gateway to Heaven. I was greeted by my guardian angel. The sweet smells and sights all around made me feel as if I was on some sort of a high….. a pho lee high. I ordered and ordered, til I realized I was out of money. I was so stunned how amazing the service was, once I finished eating I just had to sit there and enjoy the free wifi. Yes, FREE wifi! Anyway, now I always return every full moon(I’m not a werewolf). 6 out of 5 stars.

New Cuisine in Auburn. Love the ambiance of Ph Lee. Tried each dish at least twice. The coffee with condensed milk is awesome, hot or cold. Sandwiches are delicious, if you are not use to the cilantro, let them know. Add a little Hoisin sauce, if you want, gives a salty-sweet taste. Their chili peppers with garlic seasoned oil is awesome, use a little at a time. By the way, the attention of the owner, Mr. Lee, is rare in today’s world. I personally think we enjoy the food we are served, by giving feedback. As far as prices goes, when you order a large soup, you get your money’s worth. You’re doing great PH LEE.
