Super nice! I called in an order 10 minutes to closing, which I didn’t know as an out of town guest, and they were very kind & accommodating with my pizza order. I got the deep dish pie, an it was delicious! The pepperoni was crispy & mushrooms fresh. My husband & I devoured our medium in one sitting. I would come back to Shakey’s any time I’m back in Opelika.
Shakeys had delicious pizza and the employees were the nicest and friendliest workers I’ve been around for a while. Great place if you want good food and have a good time. Great atmosphere.

We went to Shakey’s at lunchtime for the buffet, which including a drink cost $10. During the time we were there, the pizza buffet was mostly empty, and new pizzas definitely weren’t coming out very quickly. And they even ran out of sweet tea. I will not come back (at least I won’t if I am hungry).
