I was so excited to take my friends to wing zone because I loved it when I was in the military for my training and when we went the day shift manager (I believe his name was Chris) was very nice,polite, and accommodating. We had a very large order since there was five of us and when we got home the food was great and the wings were perfect,couldn’t have asked for better. The only problem was we didn’t receive three of the sauces we paid for but I can admit that was my fault for not checking. My brother in law decided to order a Hamburger only ten minutes after we had gotten home because he liked the wings so much and he had seen a beautiful and perfectly made burger while we were there. The order was placed and the night shift manager (Andrea) said the order would arrive 15-20 minutes later and my four friends and I heard this. However the order arrived an hour later and the driver didn’t call until fifty minutes after the order was placed to say he was lost. When the food finally got here and my brother in law was excited to eat, he opened the box to find a terrible made burger. The cheese was melted into the paper not the bread and there was no lettuce tomatoes or onions. Now I was slightly angry but there still wasn’t a big problem and I was thinking that maybe the burger didn’t come with the lettuce tomatoes or onions. I called and I asked to speak to a manager and I was very polite and asked what was supposed to to come with the burger and the manager (Andrea) said yes lettuce tomatoes and onions were supposed to come with the order and then I asked why we didn’t receive those she had the worst attitude I have EVER received at ANY store. I wasn’t upset about the order really just wanted to get my brother in laws sandwich the way he expected it from the one we saw in the restaurant. But the manager (Andrea) didn’t help and said she was the one to make the burger and then said she had never said that the order would arrive in fifteen to twenty minutes even though there were five witnesses at all three times of the mistakes. She continued to have a terrible attitude while I remained calm since the meal itself was no big deal. I didn’t expect a refund or free food but she offered no way to fix her mistakes and the leadership they must be teaching is horrendous. After I politely ended the call we went to the store to ask if there was anyway to fix the burger into what we were expecting. As we arrived she immediately shook her head and continued giving attitude to the whole group. I never asked for anything in return, I only expected to receive what we had ordered. She sarcastically and rudely said if we wanted a refund for the burger and the missing blue cheese and we said that we would be fine. She was still rude and was horrible and I can’t believe someone could ever have that attitude to a stranger, especially a customer. I have pictures of the receipts and I hope the owner looks at the videos to see the horrible customer service they employ. My group and I had a wonderful meal and the first order was fine but the lies, attitude, and terrible service was incredible considering the amount we spent on them tonight. I was embarrassed to have recommended it and until the store has new management my group and I will no longer give them our business.
