Horrible experience. Hello I was in Billy’s today (Friday December 12, 2014) and it was the worst experience I have had In a resteraunt in my 34 years on this earth. Staff was short and had bad attitudes. I overheard one of the managers talking to an employee in the worst manner I have ever heard. I felt so bad for the poor employee. No wonder you have no employees if I were the owner I would fire that lady manager asap. This resteraunt should be embarassed to be employeeing such a horrible human being. I wouldn’t talk to a dog the way she talked to her employee. After seeing no help and the bad attitudes of the few workers that were there and then hearing the manager talking to that young girl so horribly, I had no appetite. I won’t be back. I suggest you make some employee changes before you go under.
The chicken and cheese sandwich is one of the best sandwiches in the city.
