Wow! We had an amazing Easter Brunch yesterday here in Birmingham. Our food was amazing and the service was so personal. We were so impressed with how timely and smooth our service was due to how busy they were yesterday, but somehow the service was on time, on point, friendly and welcoming. Kelly was our main server and she is spectacular and Seth was attending to our table as well and didnt miss a beat with anything we needed, trust me with service this good you learn the names!! We also love the look and feel of this Flemings. The manager stopped by our table twice to make sure we were having a great brunch, they do make you feel welcome here. We had the Filet benedict and the filet was so tender, perfect temperature and amazing flavor, the entire dish was perfect and I couldnt stop eating. We also had the brunch quiche and it had to be one of the fluffiest lightest quiche weve ever had, full of fresh vegetables and a very nice cheese, the crust was so tender and tasty. The ceaser salads were really special with the great crispy prosciutto bites and fried capers and amazing home made dressing totally yummy. We had asparagus as one of our sides and was grilled and then had a very light butter sauce on it, it was a great side dish for our brunch. We finished with carrot cake and key lime pie and we sort of fought over bites of each but they were both amazing, the carrot cake is one of the best Ive ever had. Just had to post this since it was such a great time and great meal, it was actually hard to pick between the Brunch menu and Chef Kats special menu, she always has such amazing items on it, but we really enjoyed our brunch choices.

I ordered the seared ahi tuna, I didn care for that dish but it was my first time ordering it as well. But the Chipotle mac-n-cheese was really good. My sister had an 20oz ribeye, it was delicious. Since it was was her bday they gave her a box of dessert and a $20 gift card. I would definitely dine there again.
