Not the experience I expected. The service was poor from beginning to end. From having to order my food 2 times and being told I didnt order it the first time and still sending it back,to receiving the wrong ticket even though I just had a drink,to a waiter bumping into me and not saying a word. I will never go back and this was around 4:15 and it wasn’t crowded at all.Restaurants are all over 280 don’t believe the hype and choose another place to spend your money.
Food is pretty decent but the last 2 times I’ve been here, I’ve had almost 2 hour waits to get seated. Then over an hour after ordering to get the entree. Service is subpar as well. I’ve been to other Papadeaux’s and this is the only one with this bad of service.
The decor and environment was wonder. Staff was super nice and educated about the menu and restaurant. Food was so good! I felt like we were having diner around the beach. Everything tasted so fresh and delicious. I will for sure be back!
