Not so good . not very many healthy choices on the buffet . the best part of the buff a was the wonton soup I give it a4 out of 10
Meh…. I know good chinese food and I also understand what to expect when choosing the buffet route. I stopped in while passing through the area based on the reviews and was disappointed. It wasn’t terrible, but it wasn’t good either. Perhaps this is the best the area has to offer and I can appreciate that, but if you’re accustomed to better Chinese cuisine don’t expect much here. The service was friendly though.
Go to place. Ming’s is a definite favorite among the students at the University of Mobile. It’s a very large and well-priced buffet. They have a soup station, sushi, dessert, and icecream along with the normal buffet, all for lunch. Quick service and always friendly!
Love IT!. We go here every time I visit my baby brother in Mobile. The food is very good. This is the only Chinese place that I have ever been where I have enjoyed almost everything I have tasted.Let’s start soup. I am a little vicious when it comes to hot and sour soup. It is my fave, and few places do it right. Ming’s does. They have plenty of green onions to add to it, and the flavor has enough vinegar to make it perfectly sour, and just the right amount of spicy heat. And they have good cream cheese wontons, delicious General Tso’s (another dish that is often provided but rarely tasty), lots of dishes with veggies and various sauces. They have shrimp prepared several ways, and a decent salad bar and a few desserts and ice cream. And, for the best review I can provide, my son will eat their rice. There is only one other place where he will eat the rice. If Mr. Picky enjoys, everyone is happy. There really is something for everyone here.
Mr. bruce. Mings is the best. large choice of food.
Its a great place to eat i recomend it!
