Restaurant has good food. Only problem is Don Gonzales works there. He is an illegal alien plus he is verbally and mentally abusive to his wife. This I know with 100% certainty.
We’ve been to Alamitos several times and we have always had a good experience. The food is always served hit and fresh the staff always attentive and friendly. Not too noisey like some other Mexican restaurants in town. Terrific menu options.
Food tastes like it was cooked in dirty dish water. Place is run down. Servers cared less if you didn’t like the food. If you are looking for authentic Mexican, THIS ISN’T THE PLACE.
