I have eaten at All Steak for over 40 years and always looked forward to the next visit. I’ll have to say that since their move it is not the same. Maybe that is by design or by accident, I just don’t know. The daily lunch special menu was very limited compared to that for years, as was the available entrees. We had lunch there last week around 2:00 and the crowd was very thin. We were seated in just few minutes, but waited 10 plus minutes for our drink order. We received our drinks and rolls and cornbread in short time and ordered our lunch. Waited and waited and finally, 45 minutes later we had our food, a club sandwich and some fried green tomatoes. I will say that it was hot and prepared correctly and was OK, but not great.Once finished we had 1 of the famous orange rolls each. Both were dry and overcooked and lack the normal heavy butter drizzle. Very disappointing for sure.

We got to the restaurant around 7:30 pm and we were put on a wait but not told how long it was. We waited maybe 5 minutes though and then we were seated. We sat down and we’re there for awhile before we were greeted. Our server was excellent and very sweet. We ordered the Black Eyed Peas Dip for our app and loved it! We ordered the 12oz Prime Rib mid rare for dinner to split though and it came out well done. I actually could have cooked a better steak in my own microwave. We marinated it in horseradish sauce to help us get it down. The mashed potatoes were very bland and unflavorful. We got our orange rolls, which is why we visited the restaurant, because they are one of the 100 dishes to eat in Alabama. They were okay, but I personally like Pillsbury Orange rolls better. We wanted to get dessert but were full.

NY strip steak cooked to perfection! And of course the orange rolls were incredible!…They have a buffet on Sundays….Service was good. They have been open at this location, for about 3 years.

On our travels we have passed the signs for this restaurant many times but never had time to stop. So this trip we made it a point to stop in and I was so very disappointed. The food was mediocre at best. My husband had a sirloin, I had the filet and our daughter had the chicken cordon bleu. The famous rolls were tough and cold. They were not good at all. The employees locked the doors over an hour before the scheduled close. I had high hopes for this restaurant but I was very disappointed

Was just stopping by on my way home from Louisville, KY. The food was pretty good, started with fried green tomatoes, they were very good but maybe needed more sauce with it. As an entre I got the chicken Caesar panini, I was surprised to see that it wasn’t even pressed.. Usually when I order a panini it’s going to be grill pressed and this was just two prices of bread that weren’t even toasted. Major fail, still taste tho for what it was. Sweet potato fries could of been better too, they just seemed like out of the bag fries, maybe add a seasoning? The orange rolls though, OMG! I will go back just for those rolls again and maybe to try another dish.

Had lunch there today in hopes that it was better. No it is not. It seems the food just continues a downhill slide. I never see the owner here anymore. Why don’t they just close? Obviously he doesn’t care about his restaurant anymore. I want go back.

Food not acceptable. For years this was our favorite place to celebrate family gatherings . The last time we went was very disappointed My steak was not cooked as ordered ,baked potatoes were dark and cold, like they were left overs from the day before , We will not go again .
