We have eaten here quite a few times and it has always been great! The service, the food, and atmosphere! It’s laid back place with higher class food! My husband loves seafood and they have the best in Cullman! I enjoy the ravioli or the chicken salad usually! But the Burgers are good too!!! 5 stars!!
Well done. My wife and I have been countless times since the opening and every single thing we have gotten has been exceptionally good. Gator, burgers, oysters, pasta, shrimp boil, my wife craves the tuna (both seared and tuna salad), chicken salad. The deserts are legendary. The prices are a bit higher than most Cullman but where else can you get oysters and beer in the county? Staff is friendly and reliable. Make sure you call ahead to see their specials.
Great atmosphere! Great food ! Good prices! I definitely recommend this place! The new patio was so nice . I ordered the seared tuna , and hubby ordered the John Wayne burger. Contrary to the other review, he loved it. It was a BIG burger, and the chips were a tasty addition. The cooks know what they’re doing. We also had the turtle pie to share. Our waitress said it was life changing , and I can see why. It was so lovely. We will be eating there again.
Nice atmosphere, attentive staff and shockingly bad food. I ordered the John Wayne burger for $9. What I got for my money was a thin slice of tomato, one lettuce leaf and a tablespoon of chopped onion on a slice of American cheese and a premade straight out of the freezer beef patty. The amount of chips on the tray was almost comical and not sure why they would even mention them on the menu. (See photo of burger)They have been open for a couple of months and unless things change I don’t see I being a very successful restaurant. When I aired my displeasure with the food none of the staff seemed concerned or surprised. I won’t be back.
