I truly love there food. However when i order I like to get it to go because the waitresses are a bit rude but the food is very fabulous though.
Mt Fuji in Arab is some of the best sushi I’ve eaten. Better than Huntsville or Birmingham. Wonder what the difference is in cullman. Owned by same people.
Good food SMALL portions. Slightly above average sushi,,great fried rice dishes,, but ridiculously small portions. Service – DON’T come here expecting good service, it will NEVER happen! Kind, but clueless. If you are not in a hurry & don’t eat very much, taste wise you will love the place.All that being said, I live in Cullman & eat here once a month or do, but I ALWAYS prefer large portions & eat too much
Alabama Sushi. Honestly, don’t come here expecting the best an you will like it. Its Cullman Al, of course its not going to be amazing but it isn’t awful. Personally, the food is a little bland. Sushi is great (comparatively to anything else in Cullman) Service is like any other Japanese restaurant. All in all I would say it is great, to be a normal, small town, Japanese restaurant.
Terrible Sushi. Do NOT order any sushi here. The sushi is mushy, flavorless, and small portions. Easily the worst sushi I have ever had.
Terrible sushi . The selection of sushi is very limited . We ordered the spicy tuna , super crunch and Alabama roll. All 3 very VERY bland and the spicy tuna was a joke. Not a hint of spice. Save your money and eat rice cake. They have more flavor
Happy to have Japanese. We are happy to have a Japanese restaurant in Cullman. Sure it may not be a Benihana or Kobe, but they have good sushi and good Japanese food. It is nice not to have to drive to Gardendale or Decatur to get some Japanese food. When it was new, the place was slammed so the service did suffer a bit but it has gotten better and keeping good help these days is hard enough. I am very pleased with this restaurant.
