Hard to get – watch your cost. In the past we have ordered the special only to be charged extra when we picked it up. Always check your price and what additional charges they may add to it. This has happened more than once. Last week I was trying to order pizzA over the phone and they hung up on me. So when I called back, he wanted me to hold again and I said no because they had just hung up on me. Guess what? He put me on hold anyway. Needless to say, I don’t think Papa Johns wants my business!
SKIP THIS PLACE. Stopped in Cullman for the night, ordered from Papa Johns. The nice lady on the phone informed me it could be 50 minutes before pizza arrived, no problem since I understood it was a friday night. One and a half hours later, no pizza. Called to see if it was still coming, was told by the manager, (first lie), that they had tried to deliver it and that the lady at the front desk of the hotel called every room. Sorry, we were there and the front desk knew we were looking for pizza. After I say why not just deliver it to the room, he says the wrong room number was written down. I say no problem, will still take the pizza if they can deliver it hot.Pizza arrives 15 minutes later. Cold, and adorned with a container of garlic sauce (?) and a pepperocino (sp?) bouncing around loosely in the box. There are other pizza places in town, make poppa johns your last resort.
