Hip, pretty deli. While passing through town, we chose Sweet Peppers when the restaurant we wanted was closed for the night. It’s a hip, pretty place – not frou frou pastels, but bright colors, sleek finishes. Hot sandwiches, salads, flatbread concoctions, baked potatoes – everything was good. Our 4 adults shared a humongous slice of cheesecake – everything tasted fabulous!
Good for special occasion. Price is a little to expensive for my husband and to go often but we do enjoy it!
I went for lunch and had the Pepperlicious Sandwich with Potatoe Salad. The Potatoe Salad was creamy and yummy. The sandwich was fresh and good too. If it had just a bit more spice kick to it, it would have been great. The place is very similar to Panara Bread or Fresh To Order. Service was friendly and attentive.
Great every time. We have been to Sweet Peppers several times and have never been anything other than completely satisfied. The service is very good, the portions are excellent and the quality of the food is fresh, delicious and reasonably healthy. We go just for dessert sometimes. They’re great.
Not good.. Please do not forget you are in Cullman. I understand Birmingham isn’t the most bustling of places, but it does have a few nice lunch spots.Service was friendly, confused, and slow. Staff not familiar with how their cole slaw is made. Didn’t matter it wasn’t good. Unless i’m mistaken a panini should be pressed down, almost flat. The panini I had was certainly not flat. There was no texture to the sandwich, which was a bad version of a philly. It was like the beef tenderlion sandwich at Taziki’s, but much, much worse. The lady ordered some sandwich, chicken I’m sure. She was nonplussed. Sweet Peppers is a poor man’s Newks. Very poor.Won’t go back.
Sweet peppers deli in cullman has a great atmosphere, friendly staff, great food and quick service. It is a great restaurant to eat at and I would recommend it to anyone.
