Best BBQ ever!. We stopped while traveling home from spring break. I had 4 kids and needed a place to rest and eat. We found Williams by searching restaurants on the iPhone maps app for places near us. This restaurant was one of the best we ate on our vacation. Pulled pork sandwiches, homemade ranch dressing, home made baked beans, awesome fries that we dipped in warm, sweet, tangy BBQ sauce. Prices were moderate, too! Wish we lived closer, this place would be a regular for us!!! Bonus that our waitress was efficient, friendly, funny, and accommodating to max. Thank you, Williams BBQ for making this an enjoyable stop!
I placed a carry out order for three different plates at Williams Barbecue. When I started unpacking my order at home I realized that two of the plates were missing a side and the french fries were burned! I called to report the problem and was told that sometimes the kitchen just leaves off sides. WOW! The pulled pork was like warm and dry. I wouldn’t even call the food we were served mediocre. We will not be dining at Williams Barbecue again.

Dissappointment. Their pork bq tastes like chewing on rubber bands, and this is hard to describe… it’s like it’s saturated with water. But that’s not why I went to the trouble to find a place to leave a review… it’s their breakfast that did it. I am a breakfast lover, and a food lover, and I am not picky or discriminating. I’ve eaten many things I wasn’t wild about. I just love to eat! But…. the breakfast plate I just brought home is SO off-taste even I couldn’t hold it in my mouth long enough to chew it up and swallow! How does one mess up grits? Scrambled eggs? Gravy??? Oh, the bacon was absolutely heavenly, but I also think that cheap bacon from save a lot is heavenly.
For a change up :). Ok William’s BBQ it great, no question about it, but if you really want something tasty, give their chicken liver plate a try!! They are amazing.. better be hungry though the plate is HUGE!!!! A ++++
