1 review3.0 star rating 4/16/2016I was a faithful customer at Panera Bread located off Boll Weevil Circle. Unfortunately, their expresso machine went down for several weeks. So I decided to stop by this coffee shop (Boldly Going) every morning and grab either a latte,smoothie,or MRE. Depending who serves you..you will receive awesome customer service (better than Chick- Fil -A). The following employees are amazing baristas:.Emma, Becky (the owner’s daughter), Stacey and Vanessa.They will make that you are pleased for patronizing the business. However, there is an employee who works in the morning with Emma who does not display great customer satisfaction, appreciation, nor is she people friendly named Katie. She is real rude in a condescending manner. Not only is she rude but the way she makes the drinks taste awful. I am not trying to get her into trouble but she does not make the drinks like how they should taste. You are better off going to the gas station and saving your money or go to Panera Bread now that their latte machine works. She is reluctant to make sure the customer is happy with what they purchased so they will continue doing business.. NOT GOOD FOR BUSINESS. Other than this particular female…this coffee shop is awesome. THIS IS AN GENUINE REVIEW! I know typically businesses who receive poor reviews come back with a great review but this is as honest as you will read!!!!!! I wish I can give this coffee shop a five star rating but this one particular female employee messed that up

Dude makes great coffees, especially the blended spiced-chai, and the atmosphere is great. I enjoy coming here to read a book or surf on my phone while enjoying a chilled coffee.
Love it. This is a good place to go, sit back with your laptop and enjoy a variety of coffees. The place is clean, and the staff are extremely helpful in explaining their products. The atmosphere makes you feel very comfortable, As with EVERY coffee shop, it can get very loud when the grinders are going, but otherwise very peaceful.
