Dry and artificial tasting cupcakes. They slap a ton of frosting on the cupcakes which does not make them taste any better. Plus the whole place looks dingy and dirty

Worst strawberry cupcake I ever had
Customer service these days are extremely important especially for a small business like this one, and unfortunately the several times that I have been into Cupcakes Y’all, I have the same complaints whenever I come out…they are not friendly in the least bit and they don’t really try to help you. it’s very disappointing. for the price that you pay for the cupcakes they’re alright, however I really do like to lunch specials that they offer. I really wish that they would get some people behind the counter who actually cares about the business and their customers.
