My friend and I dined here for lunch during the work week. Based on the number of cars in the parking lot we were excited to try out Effie’s! My friend got a Dr. Pepper and beef nachos. I got tea and supreme nachos. My friend really enjoyed her Dr. Pepper and I also loved my tea. Stay in your car and go some where else unless your only thirsty.
A name that’s been around Enterprise since the late 80’s, Effie’s is a family restaurant with tasty, well prepared Tex-Mex. The lighting and decorations are unique- the music isn’t terrible, either. Killer quesadillas!
