I eat at Moe’s in Enterprise 2-3x a week usually. The staff knows me and what I order. Today, the owner was helping and I was served the worst burrito I’ve ever paid for. Horribly sloppy, the owner was cursing at staff in the kitchen, and the employees were arguing with each other. I’ve never even had to use a napkin while eating here the food is so neatly prepared. Which is amazing for a large burrito. Today, my food completely fell apart at the first bite. Went through 7 napkins by the 4th bite. I spoke to the manager, who apologized profusely, and insisted he replace my meal.
